Anybody know of a video saliency plugin for Adobe premier? Would more people want something like this as a feature?

Have a look at something like this. Which it uses machine learning to predict which areas of an image or video get the most attention. I was looking for something like this as a plugin.

If you're promoting a paid product, please adhere to the following:

  • It must be a service or product not offered already by Adobe, that fixes an issue that Adobe doesn't offer a solution for.
  • Provide relevant context of why you're sharing it, and make sure it's directly related to the user’s question.
  • Explicitly state that it's a paid product.

Were you actually looking for something like that, or were you looking to attract clicks to the company of which you are founder and ceo?  I ask because you've asked the same "visual saliency" question in the Illustrator forum, the Photoshop forum and now in the Premiere forum, and you always post the same link.

And the "Our Team" page of that company lists "Peter Ward" as founder and ceo, which is just a bit too much of a coincidence.

Create the look or effect that you think looks best for making something in a shot stand out, then create a preset for it to quickly apply the same effect to additional shots.

Do you mean something like a "make it pop" plugin for Photoshop?

"Visual salience (or visual saliency) is the distinct subjective perceptual quality which makes some items in the world stand out from their neighbors and immediately grab our attention."
