Video Transition Missing

Hello,

I'm receiving the following message when trying to import a Premiere Pro template into Premiere Pro. Anyone know why I am getting this and how to fix it?

Welcome to the community, and sorry about the issue. These transitions might be third-party plugins that you'll need to download separately. Could you check if the website for the template project mentions anything about that?

They are indeed third-party plug-ins. I'll check the website to see if it mentions anything about that.
