Videos I export cant be watched on other devices.

Hello guys, for some reason a good 70%of the videos I export (doesnt matter the size nor the format) cannot be watched on other dispositives(pc, tablet, ledwall etc) although on my pc they never gave me any problem I can always watch them without any issue, but when I send a video to a client there's almost always an issue with him/her not being able to correctly visualize the video.

Sometimes its because he/she gets a codec not supported error, other times it just doesnt read the file or the video is all black, I have no idea why this happens (I almost always export in h.264) and i have no idea why I never have any problem seeing the videos on my pc while my client cant view them.

Could someone please help me fix this issue?

you're doing fine with English...  Since the files play fine on the LED wall (probably a better way of putting it - took me a while to figure out what you meant) maybe you can send a different format for your client's review on a pc or whatever.   Using one of the youtube presets might be the way to go...  you might need to place your video inside a premiere sequence that meets the standard youtube specs... to maintain the proportions properly

There might be a problem with the frame size still. Many codecs require even numbers. Maybe give it a try at 428x342

Here's the first google search I found:

Yes sorry im not english native speaker so language barrier may have been an issue here.

By dispositive im currently working on "ledwall" which are basically very big screen that stores put out of their shopping windows, thats my target dispositive, the fact is on a ledwall my file always go without a problem(there was 1 exception though) but even though they start they still cannot be read by telephone  tablet or pc

For the orientation for this job I met a graphic designer who "taught" me how to export these kind of files, he pretty much said to me that when they want me to work on a ledwall they will send to me the graphic resolution and that I have to multiply those numbers by 10. For example the screen I sent earlier the resolution was 427x341 which is why the file is 4270x3410

I use Wetransfer to send the file to the client, I have no idea what a fat32 is, I will inform myself

Can you give us the exact specs the client sent you for delivery of a specific file that failed?  Also, how are you delivering the files?  Did you see my post regarding file size limitations of fat32 formatted drives?

You have some odd settings there for the dimensions of you source and output files.

For your export, try setting a more typical size of 1080p so 1920 x 1080. That should give the phones a figthing chance.

Now if we can just figure out what "dispositives" are in this context?

dis·pos·i·tive
/dəˈspäzədiv/
Learn to pronounce
adjective

  1. relating to or bringing about the settlement of an issue or the disposition of property.
"such litigation will rarely be dispositive of any question"
    • dealing with the disposition of property by deed or will.
"the testator had to make his signature after making the dispositive provisions"
    • dealing with the settling of international conflicts by an agreed disposition of disputed territories.
"a peace settlement in the nature of a dispositive treaty"

Just guessing here, but could it be a drive formatting problem?  If you're sending the client a thumb drive that's formatted fat32, there's a file size limitation of about 4 gigs...  In some instances, the file may be divided into multiple files which can cause the problem.

No I use different resolution it depends on the ledwall display resolution the client has

Are you sure these directions are compatible with the display devices?   You say they sometimes work.  Do always use the same export preset?

Unfortunately I have to work with that very large image, since I need to follow some specific instructions

yikes, that's a very large image...  and you may be dealing with some sort of limitation on the display devices...

I'd definitely recommend that you try at maximum one of the vimeo or youtube 1080 presets
