Hi,

I am having some trouble debugging a jsx file for premiere, when trying to debug a folder located in:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions"

When I debug anywhere else I have no issue connecting and debugging.  I have tried to run VSCode with Administrator privileges, but it doesn't help.  Any suggestions?

Thank you,

-Michael

Specifically, what trouble do you encounter?

Hi,

I think I solved most of my problems with one quirk.  If run VS Code with administrator privileges I cannot debug, in that VSC won't allow me to connect to the target application (Premiere).  It just times out.  If I run VSC regularly I have no problem, but I have to  click yes to "Retry as Admin" everytime I want to make a change.  The folder in question is located  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions"  I'm going to change privileges on the CEP extension folder itself which will hopefully fix the problem but wondering why I can't connect to the NewWorld engine/ target app while in admin mode?

Thanks,

Michael
