Wacom Intuos PRO pan/scroll issues

Hello, in the new PPRO version my Intuos Pro tablet does not pan/scroll only partially (on the timeline not, in the bin lists it works), I mention that I am using the driver from 2021 which so far has worked ok, with new drivers the function does not work on any version of Premiere. I asked for support from wacom but without success, and they directed me to adobe, because in the other applications the pan/scroll function works properly.

    I found a solution for myself. I hope it's useful for others. Go to the Wacom Tablet Properties. Type that in your Windows Search Bar. It'll pop up. In "Application" make sure "Adobe Premiere is added." Select it. Then under "Pen," set the "Right Click" to "Scroll" (the other drop down options didn't give me the results I desired). For me, doing this finally allowed me pan through the timeline vertically. I have to "right click," and move my pen right to left, and left to right to do so. If I move it up and down, it will scrub through the timeline instead. A little counter intuitive, but at least now I can quickly pan vertically through the timeline. I use the short cut +/- to zoom. I use the hand tool to pan horizonally. This issue seems to have finally resolved for me. I tried this technique in the past and it didn't work, or maybe I didn't try swiping left and right, instead of up and down. I'm running Windows 10, a 4GB Nvidia Graphics card, the latest version of Adobe Premiere (v 24.2.1), and I have and Wacom 13HD (Model DTK-1301). Let me know if anyone else finds a better solution!

      Well I want to scroll up and down and that doesnt work however I do it....

        Use the template and that will help the team investigate the issue more easily.

         

        • Issue - A short description of the problem. 
        • Adobe Premiere Pro version number: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
        • Operating system - Windows or macOS, and which version of those operating systems?
        • System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

          • CPU

          • GPU and Driver Version

          • RAM

          • Hard Drive (and, if external, how the drive is connected: USB 3, Thunderbolt, etc.).

        • Video format: Provide information about the type of video you're using. For example, XAVC-I 4:2:2 10-bit. If you're not sure, let us know what settings you selected on the camera. If you don't have access to the camera, sharing a sample file is useful. 
        • Workflow details: Tell us any specific info about the project or sequence. For example, is it a multicam sequence?
        • Steps to reproduce - Exact steps, in a numbered list, that are needed to reproduce the problem.  
        • Expected result - What should have happened after the last step?
        • Actual result -  What did happen after the previous step?

        I also have similar experience. initially i thought it was my pen being faulty but apparently ive has similar issues both on my Intuos pro and Cintiq pro. 😭😭😭
