Weird cropping of shape

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022. I am facing this weird issue where my shape is getting cropped unnecessarily. I haven't applied any cropping at all.

Dont use Motion but the properties of the shape itself.

I dont' understand. I'm not using motion options deliberately. The scale options are given in that panel only. How do I adjust the scale then and the placement of the shape?
