Please, help. This window appears when working in the program. What does it mean? How do you deal with this?

This looks like it could be GPU driver related.

More info is needed in order to effectively troubleshoot this issue.

If you are working with a dual GPU laptop you may need to update the integrated GPU driver to 25.x or newer.

Otherwise, make sure your dedicated GPU drivers are up to date.

Also I would either delete the mouse driver or reinstall or update.
