Speech Analysis the way Premiere used to be able to do. Sad to lose that feature.

Although John T Smith gave one of the primary reasons, in fact Premiere Pro CC 2014 has not been available at all since late 2017 as part of Adobe's transition to using the OS-integrated AC3 support exclusively, and those older releases of Premiere Pro did not utilize the native OS support whatsoever but instead used a third-party Dolby Digital encoder/decoder. The license agreement between Adobe and whomever distributed the AC3 software in Adobe CC versions between 2014 and 2017 expired and was not renewed; therefore, Adobe software now no longer supports AC3 encoding whatsoever by itself.
