Where is "action bar, Tools > Motion Tracking" in German version of Premiere Pro 2024

Hi,

unbelievable! I can't find this option in the German version of Premiere Pro v24 (latest version):

English:

"In the action bar, select Tools > Motion Tracking."

So do I have to do my motion tracking in Premiere manually instead of automatically?

Premiere does not have motion tracking. Ae does.
