Which Premiere Pro version is the "29 version as it appears in Notepad?

I am trying to figure out which version an old project was made in.

I 7Zipped it and then opened the extracted file in Notepad.

I got:

Can anyone tell which CC version this is?

Unzip the build you are using now and count back.

I think version 25 is CS6.
