Which version of Premiere Pro CC is the most bug-free

I'm using Premiere Pro CC 23.4 on a MAC to collaborate,

but there is a serious bug in the collaboration [Text-Based Editing - clips reset to first frame after relink in 23.4] I want to change the version, but which version is the safest?

Thanks for sharing your good news. We're all on version 23.3 now. I'll check the project with the error on 23.5 later.

I tested the offending project file in version 23.5, but the error persisted.
Test environment (M1 mini, M1 macbook pro, windows11 x rtx3080)

Can you try a brand new project as a test?

It would be great to have a single, easily understood reference which listed the known bugs and fixed bugs for any given version of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Adobe currently has "no plans" to provide such a reference.
