I have been using Pr for about a year and it has worked beautifully, but the last video I exported was 226.15GB's. For the last year most of the vids I've posted have been 4GB's or less, with the highest being 33GB's. This "high GB" thing has been a problem for the last 2 or 3 videos I've done.
I don't know what has changed, but it takes DAYS to upload to YouTube now. It's REALLY annoying.
Does anyone have any ideas why the files have gotten so much bigger all of a sudden?

The size of the exported file will depend on the codec you choose and the datarate you set (either manually or through a preset).
Without knowing your export settings I'm going to guess that you've accidently switched to a different output setting.
If you were exporting a 1 hour program using (as an example only) AVC-Intra 100 you would expect a file size in the region of 300GB but that same 1 hour program encoded using high quality preset for H.264 would be (say) around 3GB.
Other codecs (like Prores) can make even bigger exported file sizes.
Check your export settings - and if you are going to YouTube select a YouTube preset in export settings. First you'll need to choose H.264 in the format menu and then you'll be able to choose a preset from an available preset list (both these menus appear in the export window).
