Windows 10 System Compatibility Report, Unsupported Video Driver, Intel HD Graphics 520

This all started when I had to uninstall Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 and then re-install it, BUT to my dismay it is no longer even being offered or supported by Adobe anymore, so I couldn't even download it back onto my computer, so I can't WORK! After talking to Adobe on the phone, they said everybody now needs to upgrade their computer OS to Windows 10 to continue using the Adobe 2020 products. So, I went throught the nightmare and expense of updating my PC to Windows 10, but after I did this I now get an error with all Adobe products saying that my video cards are not supported, even though they WERE supported and working just fine 10 minutes ago on my Windows 7. This is on Adobe. I can't even be a customer now because I am locked out of using the product. Adobe products are now useless to me. I have already confirmed to have the latest drivers, but Adobe told me to switch to Windows 10 and now I have this problem. Is there a solution to this problem? Is there some alternature video driver for the standard laptop Intel HD Graphics 520? Thank you.
