i'm trying to make a video that uses a gif, the gif lasts exactly 0.8 seconds (0.1 seconds per frame, 8 frames) but i need it to last exactly 0.822 seconds instead of 0.8.
i know you can change the time signature in the playhead to milliseconds/audio samples, but i don't know how to do it with the speed/duration tool.
any help?
Picture length has to be in multiples of one frame, in your instance it is 0.1 sec. You could try using a 50 fps sequence and stretching the video to 41 frames, that you get you close to 0.822 (820ms)

I agree with Richard; in PR, that's the best you can do.
In Photoshop, you can set durations per frame, including hundreds of a second. I do not know whether it actually creates GIFs with that precision. And my understanding is that various browser etc may not respect the timing?
But that may get you closer to your goal.
