Without internet connection

why I can't use premiere?

You can use Premiere without an internet connection but I think you need to be signed in before it disconnect.

when open a project or program appear a window of adobe asking for internet connection. If there's no connection premiere closed automatically

When was the last time it was connected to the internet and you signed in to Adobe?

You need to sign in periodically to check in with Adobe to make sure your subscription is valid. Can you connect via some other way? I can create a hot spot with my phone or a friend's phone. Can you try that?
