I have a project with text transitions, I select the desired transition and drag it onto the timeline and change the text to suit me. then I take the same transition again and drag it to another place on the timeline and change it and it turns out that when I change the text in one transition, it changes in all the others. how to make changes apply to a specific text transition. premier pro program

Correct answer Ann Bens

Your text transition effects are nested sequences.

alt drag wont make a unique copy with nests.

You will have to use unnested transition effect is order to get a unique copy by alt+dragging.

As said in previous post: un-nest.
