Workspace and metadata display not loading correctly

This seems like a small thing, but when I load a saved workspace I always have to re-arrange the windows and change the Metadata Display to my saved presets.

It's a small, but constant annoyance and because I don't know anything about coding, it seems like an easy fix and yet, I can read post after post about it from years back.

I'm on Premiere Pro 24.1.0 (build 85)

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.3996)

All you have to do to reproduce the problem, is to save a user workspace and a metadata display preset and then re-open Premiere. I would expect everything to show up in the same places that I saved it, but it doesn't.

Please, I can feel precious time slipping through my fingers, every time I have to do this
