AI Plugin for removing silent parts in podcast to reduce echo

Hello everybody. How can I mute tracks of people not speaking in Adobe Premiere Pro while editing a podcast to enhance sound quality and reduce echo? I would appreciate this feature, especially when recording three or more people, where other microphones pick up sound, leading to echo. Is there any function or 3r side plugin that could eliminate parts of silence?
