Any easy way to create subtitles that have a colored rectangle that moves from word to word?

Subtitles is showin in lines of texte, line of few words then the next line. But the words "not the whole line", are highlighted with a colored rectangle, so it moves from a word to a word.

 

I am looking for an easy automated way rather than spend 10H on after effects to do in 2 lines of text. 

The world is changing this type of tools must exist

Thank you. I can't afford more costs right now unfortunately, I am bout to candel my adobe subscription (for lack of funds "for now"), so I really can't to pay an extra plus for getting the fancy subtitles thing

Have you already tested the capcut? They have paid versions, but they also have many free options
