Automatically animated subtitles with presets

Since we are in the age of social networks, I ask you to be able to apply motion effects to all titles at once (even randomly), without having to turn subtitles into graphics.

A function that allows all text to be selected in one shot (even a tick in the text function, with "apply to all" without manual selection (as CapCut does) and insert automatic effects on texts for animations, without having to put one at a time.
