Caption Track Style: Make Available Across Projects

Currently, to share a Caption Track Style, it must be saved to disk from the Project Panel, then imported to a new project. Several users are asking for an easier way to share across projects and with their team members. In the Beta forum, staff indicated in Dec 2020 that "loading from libraries" was part of future plans. This is needed.

Very need it! Im working with captions in all my clients projects and the lack of this feature makes the Premiere user experience less satisfactory

With Shorts and Reel, you now need to be able to do beautiful and dynamic caption and subtitle style that can be re-used fast in new project (cause you may cut 10 shorts a day and doesn't want to recreate caption style every times)

Yes it should be easier to save text preset.
But if you save an empty project file with the style (s) you can use this as a way to reuse the style.

The fact that there is an entire button and way to save a text style, but that you have to recreate that exact same saved style for EVERY. NEW. PROJECT. is infuriatingly asinine. Why create a way to save text styles if it's not ACTUALLY going to save!?
I swear the people programming Adobe will put out the most useless features every new generation but fix any actual quality of life necessities. Why implement a feature like this if you're not able to actually use it?????

I really thought that this was a problem with updated versions - that these track styles are not saved for another project. I even couldnt think of a solution that these styles are project-based. There seems to not be any brains in the development team to even think that this kind of feature would be useful. I'm utterly speechless.

Would love .prtextstyle files support within Libraries! The lack of this functionality makes what should be a very simple client request nearly impossible.
