The function to remove all empty subtitle tracks is now available in version 2025.2.

Upvoted. Also, there is no keyboard shortcut to delete even one caption track.

This is a good time for this request. See my post in the Beta forum about caption tracks and the new translation feature. I believe they will need to make some adjustments to caption track manipulation and shortcuts.
