Dip to Color (adjustable) Dissolve Effect

There's Dip to Black and Dip to White, but you have to create a color matte for anything else.

Alternative: add color selector to the other Dip dissolves.

Good suggestion. In the meantime you can have just one matte in the project, say a white matte, and then drop a Tint effect on it. Or even put the Tint effect on in the project and it will be available to you on Source Effects Control tab.
