Export Complete Popup Should Link to File

When an export completes, a little corner display shows up (redacted for NDA) 

It would be great that when you clicked on it that it opened the folder where the file was exported to so you can QC it quickly. That or when you click on the event viewer item, it has an option to "open file" or "open folder"
