Feature Request: Option to Move Menu Bar to Center

Please provide an option to move the menu bar (File, Edit, Clip, Sequence etc.) to the middle of the work-window.

This has become especially relevant with the increased prevalence of Ultrawide monitors. It took me a while to get on board with moving the Windows toolbar to the center of the screen, but I've now learned how useful it is not to have to twist my head all the way to the left when navigating the start menu or toolbar.

I would like this for the menu bar in PPro as well, so that when I do need to acces it it's right in my direct and neutral field of view.

You can combine multiple panels into a new window, or keep them all as separate windows. Then go to Window > Workspaces > Save as New Workspace to save it for th
