H264 / HEVC B frame support

Does Premiere support B frames? There is no any option in Premiere 24, even there is no additional options refering to frames in software or hardware encoding.
After exporting the video contains I and P frames only. My hardware supports B frames. I have exported video using ffmpeg with b frames enabled and it contains b frames.
