I can't find the Turkish language package for transcription preferences for Premiere pro either!!!

There is no Turkish language pack for transcription preferences, I couldn't find it anywhere? It is also not available in Creative Cloud add-ons. Where can I find the Turkish language pack for Premiere Pro? I need this for my urgent work!?

Please add turkish language support or make transcribe work it without language for cutting silences. It is really easy thing. Focus on audio blobs and silences so we can cut silence automatically in any language.
