Is there a way to reveal or search where a nested sequence has been used on a timeline?

I was a very bad editor and didn't correctly label a few nested sequences.  Is there any way to "reveal in sequence" or search for where it's been used?

I have A LOT of sequences, so it's not easy to look where it's been used.

Yes, right-click the 'metadata' line (top bar in the project panel with name, duration, etc, and add the "Video Usage" field, also can add the "Audio Usage" field:

You can click on the down arrow, and see or go to (by clicking an entry)  that spot. Very handy.
