keyboard shortcut to select/deselect video and audio tracks

As an Assistant Editor, I'm frequently needing to select/de-select specific tracks. Ex. I want to jump to the next event on V3 and Mark Clip. I can do this using the mouse, but it'd be so much easier if I could map keyboard shortcuts for each track (ex. V1 = 8, V2 = 7, V3 = Shift-8, A1 = 9, etc.).

You can set keyboard shortcuts to the first 8 tracks of audio/video.

Thanks. I do know how to set custom keyboard shortcuts, but when I search under "Track", a bunch of things come up but not how to set keyboard shortcuts to the first 8 tracks of audio/video.

What's the name of "toggling on/off track V1" so I can set a keyboard shortcut to it?
