Option to change the default Profile location

After reading the discussion in https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-to-change-the-adobe-preferences-fold...

I would like to bring up the idea to create the possibillity to change the location where the Premiere Pro profile is stored. The default location is conflicting with programs like OneDrive and/or iCloud in a way that it causes synchronisation issues.
