Permanently disable social media tabs

Our security team do not want users to be able to post directly to any social media platforms within Premiere Pro. I'm aware that the tabs can be turned off, but the users can simply switch them on again.

Is there a way that these can be disabled so they are "greyed" out so they can't be switched on at all?

No, there is no way to prevent users from utilizing those features.
