Arabic subtitle on premiere 2021

So i was trying to add an Arabic SRT to my video and apparently, everything is flipped only in srt that only happened when I got premiere 2021 only and they changed the captions its supposed to look like the first picture but sadly not.

It's not working for me man, adobe just always has to mess something up somehow.
