Broken Preset?

I am working in Premiere and my audio/tech director created this audio preset (missions 4:1) for me to use in future projects. However, when I try and drop it/ use it on any audio clips it will not let me load it. Honestly am not that sure what is going on and how to fix this problem. Also what is that star icon in the corner of the preset? I noticed that that was different than the regular audio effects symbol.  (I'm newer to Premiere so go easy on me!) Thank you!

Have him recreate the Preset in whatever version you are now running.

It may have become Obsolete.
