[BUG]Premiere pro won't load RGB-10bit uncompressed video w/out switching rendering to Software only

This issue only started happening two updates ago. I have a 2013 Mac Pro. I color grade in Resolve and then export a QuickTime uncompressed video (RGB-10Bit) to premiere for final export. However, after the updates when I do this the screen is either green or black when the video is loaded in. The only workaround I found is to switch from Metal hardware accelerated to software only in both the project settings and in Media Encoder. This slows down my workflow quite a bit. I've attached a small clip for testing. I don't know if the size of the clip matters but hopefully it will recreate a similar effect.

Clip works fine on Windows. Cannot help you any further.
