Can I save razor cut clips made in the timeline?

I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro and cut a lot of clips in the Editing/Timeline area using the Razor tool.

Now I have done that, can I save them into a clips folder directory (in my Media) to use again as they are, complete with fx changes etc?

I realise now that I should have done more in Assembly, or Multi-Camera, but rather than starting again I wondered if anyone knew a way to save this?

Emma: One easy way is to make a copy of the timeline (select it in the Project panel and then choose Edit > Duplicate from the main menu) for safekeeping in your project and then just copy/paste the clips as you need to into other sequences. If you drag clips from the Timeline panel to the Project panel, you won't save any of the effects you applied to the clips in the Timeline.
