Can't install Premiere Pro CC with Mac OS High Sierra

Community Beginner ,
Jul 16, 2018 Jul 16, 2018

I just subscribed to Adobe CC.

I'm trying to install it on a Mac OS High Sierra, but the tab to download Premiere in the Apps says 'Not Compatible'.

(About half the other apps like InDesign say 'Install')

I tried rebooting my computer, no luck.

Do I need to roll back to a previous OS?

Anyone else sorted this out?

KiyomiT,

Update macOS to the latest version and you should be fine.

My menus for accessing the root user profile isn't the same as the link, so this didn't  work for me.

Hi kiyomit62487526,

What are your system specs?

Please attach a screenshot of the warning message ('Not Compatible').

Thanks,

Kulpreet Singh

It look like I'm running OS 10.9.5 - which is not new enough. It looks like the new version is installed, but not running?

Anyhow, not a Premiere issue!

Thanks for your help.
