Can't Open Premiere Pro CC 2019 on MAC

is there any problem with the adobe premiere here? I can't open the software. Every I tried to open, they said "Adobe Premiere CC 2019 quit unexpectedly". I have uninstalled and reinstall, then reset (trash) preferences with hold "open + 'option' key on keyboard" but still doesn't work.

I use:

Macbook pro 13, 2017
macOS CATALINA version 10.15
RAM 8 GB 2133MHz LPDDR3

Processor 2,3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Corei5

Memory 128GB SSD, and I work with external HDD 1,5TB to move my project

I googled the forbes article about Catalina and apparently a lot of people are having trouble with media.

That's one thing, and mostly about being able to only run 64 bit programs, so I don't think that should effect you. The other thing is that even though you have a really nice macbook pro, it might be on the low end of minimum requirements to use the program. Check out the requirements, and then see if you can upgrade inexpensively to be able to run it ???
