Caption - export Time Text DFXP to .TTML file

Does anyone know how I can export Time Text DFXP to .TTML file? Any help would be appreciated.

Is this for netflix?

There are dozens and dozens of subtitle/caption formats, many with the same file extension. The "simple" answer is I would open it in something like Subtitle Edit and "save as" the type you want. But often, you must specify the particulars for that type.
