So I have been recording my game footages ever since I built my pc last summer, I am a beginner of adobe cloud services and I own a 21:9 ultrawide monitor recording with shadowplay at 2560x1080. When footages are uploaded to youtube, it is full screen for me however it has black bars for non 21:9 monitor users. Therefore I have tried making sequence to 1920x1080 aka 16:9 and scale/set frame to sequence size. Did not work out at all the video still have black bars on 16:9. Is there any fix to this?

You’re probably going to have to select the footage in the 1920x1080 sequence, go up to the effect controls panel and use the blue scale numbers until the footage sizes to the sequence. You will also be cutting off the outer edges of your footage as you scale up.

You can change the width and height scaling separately ... if you don't mind the look of the slightly narrowed view.

Slightly narrowed? this is a perfect circle in a 21:9 setting. Becomes an egg in 1920x1080

I LOVE YOU MAN. works on my phone now.
Original: AVENGERS ASSEMBLE - YouTube
Changed to 16:9: AVENGERS ASSEMBLE? - YouTube
Can anyone test if they have black bars on my original and is there no black bars now on the 16:9 version?

Your image in a 1920x1080 setting with no bars.
Only drawback is you lose the sides.

Hey, it's game-play, right? Proportions may not be that crucial ... and many of the viewers may not even notice ...
