I need to create DDP file for an authoring house. I'm on PP 2019. Anyone know which file would work for this?

Alas you cannot make a DDP file with Premiere.
You need Encore (only available if you bought this with a serial number several years ago).
I have no idea with authoring software does write ddp files.
