Hello. Sometimes I had to edit a project in my laptop (for example to get forward editing my project when I can't stay in house), but I have a problem.
The problem is the program size. Premiere is too big for my screen. Here you can see that the timeline and the program monitor is too small in my screen, because the buttons and the blank spaces are too big and are wasting space, so editing is very uncomfortable:.png)
Using timeline is uncomfortable for using multiple clips. Also video monitor is too small to see and creating details.
You can see the difference with a larger screen (I used a screenshot from Google to saving time):
Is there any form to changing DPI for Premiere Pro? I'm using Windows 10, I'm sure that my screen resolution is 1366x768 and the DPI is at 100% (Windows doesn't let me to change to under 100%).
I believe (because I'd see videos of it) that there is an option; using a registry key and a manifest, but it only works for the opposite issue: Premiere in large screens. I don't know how to change the manifest to reduce the program size.
Sorry for my bad english.
Just make your own workspace.

There is absolutely nothing that you can do, in your case (or put it this way, you're stuck, or you're out of luck). You see, Adobe requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280x800 (but note that both the "1280" and the "800" must be met or exceeded) in order for Premiere Pro to run properly. Neither Microsoft nor Adobe will allow you to set scaling below 100% no matter what, and Adobe will not let you downsize any of the Premiere Pro interface windows any smaller than the default size. 1366x768 does NOT meet Adobe's minimum display resolution requirements to run the program properly (the "768" is below the 800-pixel minimum, in this case).

There are some help files about adjusting your workspace. A laptop will be difficult to edit on because the screen is not very big. Some people add a monitor to laptop so they have more room. My laptop is 1920x1080 resolution, and I drag the panels to make workspace better for me. I use the tilde key sometimes to make a panel full screen (select panel, toggle tilde key to make full, and go back to normal). When you get the workspace you like you should be able to save it, but the newest release of CC has apparently made that common option problematic. The program should remember (when you close and reopen) the screen you like or else you have to drag things around again.
Good luck !

I currently have a workspace for working in my laptop. Although the program monitor is enough big for me, I feel that the timeline is too short for me. The clips sometimes are long, but if I zoom out the timeline, I can't do crops in the clips (specially audio) properly. But if I zoom in the timeline, is hard to move, change start or end, or copy the clips. Here you can see:.png)

There is no way that you can reduce the interface of the program, you can reduce the text but you do not gain anything.
You will have to get used to the size of your screen.
What you can do, if you think it is convenient, is to expand any work panel for better visualization, once you have selected a double click in the yellow area of the image.
