Encore cs6 cannot run in trial mode

Я купил подписку на один месяц - одна программа - Adobe Premiere Pro (а именно Adobe Premiere cs6)

Купил только потому, что мне нужен был софт, который в комплекте Premiere cs6 - это Encore CS6.

Я установил Adobe Premiere cs6, он работает отлично, но мне совсем не нужен. Мне нужен только Encore CS6 и именно этот софт не открывается. При запуске появляется сообщение - "Adobe Encore CS6 cannot run in trial mode. Please relaunch the application and provide a valid serial number."

Is the cloud desktop installed and are you logged in?

At least one program (other than Encore) may need to be activated. If you open PR and look under help, does it give the option of "Deactivate" (meaning it is activated)? If not, activate it (sign in), then open Encore.

It doesn't work with me.

I mean, It just sends me to my account on account.adobe.com

Also, when I install Adobe Premier CS6, it gives me a window with options -

a serial number

a subscription

or a trial

I don't have the serial number, my subscription is not found, and I can only install the trial version.

Look, I need a program ENCORE CS6, I have read the instructions - I need to download PREMIERE CS6, because it includes ENCORE.

I bought a subscription for a month PREMIERE PRO CC just to download Promière cs6

Ok, downloaded.

I can open the program PREMIER CS6, but only the trial (the program does not see my subscription). Ok, trial.

But the trial in the menu - HELP - does not show my nickname account in adobe.

ENCORE when I try to open, gives a message that does not open in the trial.

I also downloaded PREMIERE PRO CC. With this program, everything is fine, in the menu - help - it shows my account.

I do think I understand your goal; just not what you have an why you can't activate.

Ok, downloaded.

How/what did you download? The main alternative is to download/install this from the cloud desktop. Go to where you installed PR CC, left click the arrow to the right of "Open," then click on Manager, then Previous Versions, and select CS6.

I just did this recently, and I was not prompted for any number or login (since you are already logged in to your subscription).

You must be logged in with the same email as the account you subscribed under.

If you pick trial, it will not work. You must get it activated/running under your subscription.
