I just exported a video hours before the issue came up. When I export the video, it will load an ETA window, freeze after a few seconds, black screens completely, (ctrl + alt + del nor alt + tab works.) then closes the application. Other times, it will just black screen forever, requiring a restart of the computer to get it working again. Solutions would be very much appreciated. Picture of the error message is located above. Keep in mind I have tried deleting the problematic section times, updated Premiere Pro, restarted my computer, reset my computer, redownloaded Windows 10 again, and disabled GPU rendering.

Please do NOT add images via the "attach files" box, as you are then forcing everyone to DOWNLOAD the file to view it outside their browser. Drag/drop the image files directly ONTO your reply box so other users can see them without needing to download unknown strange files.
Thank you!

One Drive is that a fysical drive or is it in the cloud?
If latter export to local drive.
Might want to fix/redo the timeline at the given time of the error.

Did both, the issue still persists.

I'm getting the same error message. I tried a lot of things over the past week or so. Sorry I can't help. I've spoke to Adobe, shared screen, tried some more things and it still persists.

So there's just nothing I can do?

If you go to FILE > PROJECT SETTING > GENERAL and switch to Renderer SOFTWARE ONLY. That "fixes" mine but the rendering is very slow then. And that's on a i9-9900k CPU too.
Believe me I've gone through all the forums, youtube videos, advice here, spoke to Adobe, tested on 2 PCs (both have Nividia 2080ti)... I've tried everything I and others can think of.
For me, and others it seems, GPU Rendering is broke. It wouldn't be so bad if I thought Adobe knew the problem and was working on it but they said they escalated my case last week and would call me back. They never did and just sent me an email saying "try these things". I already did and then tried them again. Nothing.

Yeah, I've already tried that, but no luck sadly. I wish their customer service was more responsive and solved more issues.
