Hello, I am currently working on a project for YouTube. Basically, I created a project with one sequence. The sequence contains multiple clips. What I wanted to do is export those clips from the same sequence into multiple files instead of one big file. I looked it up on Youtube and found this video...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdE7OIkgzRc
My sequence has more than 15 clips but when I tried the method in the video, for some reason only 5 clips were exported. Could I have possibly done it wrong or something?
Anyway, I could not figure it out so I took each clip in my initial sequence and put each one in its own sequence as shown on the screen capture then rendered them using media encoder. But I need a better way, for future projects, to do this because putting each clip into a sequence is not time efficient.

What about the edited part? Are you wanting the sequence with 15 clips? Typically we edit clips together and then that sequence is the finished video. Are you wanting that at all or just the 15 clips shortened as you see fit? If it's just the clips you want, you can probably find some other software to just copy out the clips after you set in/out points. Or do that in PP using the individual sequences. Not a problem having many in a project. The good thing about doing it in PP is you have the project left, and you can go in and tweak one of the clips and re-export if you ever need to.

The best way to export the clips of a sequence as they show on that sequence is to use your Sequence settings Previews options to set the format/codec you want for the exported files.
Then select all the clips you want to export and select "render and replace".
You do NOT get handles with this process but you do get all effects you applied exported.
If you want then just select the "restore" option to return to the original clips on the sequence.
