Extensions Greyed Out- Premiere Pro CC

Explorer ,
Jun 19, 2017 Jun 19, 2017

Hi I use Adobe Premiere pro cc 2017 Version 11.0 on a Mac (os Sierra  version 10.12.5) & I installed the vimeo panel for premiere pro and after it was done I closed out of the app and reopened it, when I did the extensions tab under windows was greyed out and I couldn't even hover over it & see my options. I'm not really sure what to do from this point on but I want to use the Vimeo panel I installed.

Any response will help!

Thanks

Might not be installed correctly

Did you restart computer befor and after install.

If it does not show you might want to contact Vimeo as its their plugin.

This is happening on Windows as well. Definitely a bug on adobe's end. we shouldn't have to uninstall an app and reinstall it after just upgrading.

I installed it on two computers at the same time, one works and the other doesn’t. Exactly the same procedure was done at the same time on both.

same issue with screenlight extension as well as others. I installed a couple other extensions to see if maybe it was just a buggy screenlight app but no extensions show up in my premiere tab, its still grayed out. tried across multiple platforms with the same result.

The same thing is happening to me.  Used it one day just fine.  Nothing changed, then doesn't work the next.  Seems like another bug that's all too common with Adobe premiere these days.    I'll try uninstalling, reinstalling, etc. but as usual a waste of time as I have a long export going and was hoping to get home and view it on Vimeo.  But will have to either wait for it to complete or stop, reboot and redo and hope for the best.  Very frustrating Adobe.

I've tried a clean re-install a few times. Literally went as far as removing everything including CC. still no luck, and its only the once workstation that won't allow me to use extensions, the other works absolutely fine even though the installs where done side by side and there is no real difference.
