GPU Acceleration neat video 5 not recognised after PP 2020 latest update

Hi,

I am taking a previously opened project in the first update of PP2020. But as soon as I put on either the Neat Video 5 denoiser effect. I get the red band over the video showing "This effect requires GPU acceleration". After some extensive google:ing I feel that I´ve tried everything.

I´ve went under File > Project settings > General and tried put on and off qnd on again "Mercury Playback... (Cuda)".
Restarted PP in between, updated PP, updated nVidea drivers, updated Neat Video 5. Nothing happens.  The Cuda option isn´t Greyed out, so I can choose it, but the Program monitor still indicates that the effect needs GPU acc. Before i started the project the Cuda option were already choosen.

I´ve doublechecked the GPU Drivers, they are up to date. Neat Video 5 did a settings test and is using the GPU and the acceleration for rendering. The only problem in my eyes is PP, once again...
I am not planning to start everything back from scratch theses projects should be able to run and working from update to update (mostly if there is only 4 months between two versions). We are not paying a monthly subscription for not correct QA'ed softwares before release.

Please advise

What is your GPU? Which driver is it using?

I'm using Neat 5 here on Win10, GTX 1060 ...

Your rig should be more capable than mine ... and I can't figure out why it's not seeing this correctly.

The first thing when Premiere gets bizarre as always is to Trash Preferences  and I'd recommend doing so if you haven't already.

And is this on one project, or ... if you create a new project and try to run Neat 5, does it run or do the same thing?
