Help with *Tiny* black bar on right side of video?

I'm fairly new to premiere and I've been working on this pancake video and I keep getting these tiny random black bars on the right sides of my videos? They're really hard to catch - like it's one *tiny* vertical line MAYBE a pixel or two wide - and they show up immediately after exporting. I'm not sure if it's something i'm doing wrong? I included the screenshot of my export settings.

And here is a sample of the actual end product shown in quicktime. That being said - I also tried other video players and had the same problem, so it ISN'T quicktime. I put it in the quicktime player against a blank Pages doc so you can see on the right side that tiny black line! Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Try a short test export with the video set to export at 680 x 380, or if you need 680 x 382, then try a short export with the Source Scaling set to Scale to Fill.
