Helvetica Neue Font Not Displaying Whole Family In Premiere

Hi there,

I'm required to use Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold and Helevetica Neue Condensed Light for a client's project but I can only seem to access Helvetica Neue Regular in my effects tab in Premiere Pro CC 13.0.2.

I've tried installing and reinstalling the font in Font Book with no success in Premiere, although it does appear in Word and Mail.

I'd buy the Helvetica Neue family in Adobe Fonts however it's not available. Highly frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fonts need to be true type. Open type can cause issues.

I restored my entire Font Book and that seems to have done the trick.

I'm having this exact same issue but I can't seem to fix it. My fonts are true type and I've reinstalled them multiple times. How do you restore the font book? What steps did you take to get Helvetic Neue to work in Premiere Pro?
