I have the annual subscription to Adobe. I have the latest version of Premiere Pro 2019 but I need to install a previous version, Premiere Pro 2017.
I am helping with a project and they said I need to create my files using Premiere Pro 2017 because the rest of the project was made and edited in Premiere Pro 2017.
(More specifically, I need to create a closed cations file as well as a separate subtitles file to be added to the project with the video footage later.)
I have already opened my Adobe CC and gone to > Manage > Previous Versions , but it only goes back to 12.1.2.
I'm pretty sure I remember seeing more options for previous versions at the beginning of this year, so was there an update that stopped providing previous versions?
I have googled already and found a forum answer that referenced to this link, https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2017-direct-download-links.html , which brings me to a page that lists Adobe CC 2017 direct downloads, including Premiere Pro CC 2017. But when I click it, it brings me to this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html?red=a, which I believe links to downloading Premiere Pro CC 2019 (which I already have).
If there is no way at this point to download Premiere Pro 2017, is there a way I can make the file I need to on Premiere Pro 2019 and save it so it will open in Premiere Pro 2017 without problems?

Sorry, going forward, Creative Cloud customers can use and download only the two most recent major versions of Creative Cloud. CC2017 is version 11, which was 3 versions ago. Sorry.
Thanks,
Kevin

Now Adobe doesn't allow us to install an old version. I need to export AC3 and I can't with Premiere Pro 2020 and I can't install CC 2017 again....Damn, Adobe. Stupid decisions...

Not allowing older versions to be installed is a bad decision only because some of the newer versions appear to be so buggy.
I can't do anything with Premiere Pro 14.31. It wont play videos and it quickly freezes. I dont want to spend hours / days working out how to / if I can sort this out. I just want to go back to my working old version which I so stupidly deleted and do the job.

Looks like I'm abandoning Adobe and these

, as they are clearly abandoning users who are ponying up for the monthly subscription charges. I'll take my own work and that of the community college I teach at to Blackmagic Resolve. Good riddance Adobe.
