I've made a lot of presets in a custom bin, and I'm trying to figure out how to export, or back up this folder so I don't loose what I've created, someone please help...

Jim's got it ... and if you back them up to your CC cloud library, they're not only available to back up your machine, but on any machine you log into your account from.

just tried it, problem I'm having is there is no highlighting and exporting the custom bin you make, you can only highlight and export folders with a star on them.  I have a dozen folders filled with presets in them and I copied all the effects from each folder I like and now I'm trying to back up the one folder that I created with the liked presets that I use, how do I save and back up this one folder that I've created from all the others??? Please help...

Odd.  I can't duplicate that here in 2018 on Windows 10 Pro (1709).

Normally I might suggest resetting Premiere Pro, but that could well wipe out those presets.

Of course, with no way to export them, you might be faced with recreating them anyway.

I've found a solution. To reset the layout in Premiere Pro, go to My Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro and delete the folder named 11.0 (or whatever version you're using), but before you do, save the file named Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset. It's in the Profile-Video folder.

Restart Premiere Pro and close it again. Now go back to the folder My Documents/Adobe/ Premiere Pro/Profile-video and copy your file Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset back to the folder. Restart Premiere Pro and your Custom Bins will be there.
